This week's challenge is to design an outfit to go with a Phillip Treacy hat. I don't have a Treacy mini-hat for my model so I designed my own fantasy hat.
For the outfit I wanted something slim and smooth, so I did a column dress, shoulderless, with long sleeves. Tui is wearing matching wide silver bangle bracelets.
I like the Egyptian undertones to this outfit...very regal.

Curious: During the judging Heidi wore a Treacy red flower hat that looks rather like the hat I used in the last challenge. Cool.
