With Jackie Kennedy as the inspiration the challenge is to make something sporty.I've seen many pictures of JK on horses, so I did jodpurs (riding pants) and a fitted top with black striping and a wrap belt with a silver circle buckle. The sleeves are done in flange-style (a rectangle topstitched to the sleeve opening) for a more squared off look.
Update: The top photo shows the "twist". The challenge was to add a topper such as a jacket, vest, cape, shrug, stole, etc. I went with a tailored vest with switch-out points. The belt I originally used on the red top was brought forward to the vest so there wouldn't be too much bulk under the vest.
